Resuming my blog

Just if you are wondering why there are new post on this blog again. YES! I just resume blogging but this time no more crap and other shit stuff. Will be blogging more about the photography stuff with I started 2 years ago.

As some of you who follow my facebook or even my multiply, i did not write much on my photo post. I also got some request from my friends who were asking me about the setting and some technical stuffs. Therefore I will describe more the my learning of my photography journey thru this blog.

would like to thanks to those who give me compliment of my photos. You guys really give me the courage for me to move on.

Water Droplet

I always wanted to shoot water droplet after reading so many mags and some photo from the web. Last weekend was too boring at home. So i started to setup the gear after reading some recommended setting from the web.

Too bad that I didnt take any photo on how the setup looks like. The setup basically involved an Ikea table lamp on the left side of the camera and one units of SB800 mounting on hot shoe.

The setup was done on my kitchen basin.

35mm with macro filter at f3.2, shutter speed 1/640 sec, ISO 400. forgot about the flash setting already.

林声肖像摄影研习营 2010

Attended 林声肖像摄影研习营 2010 two weeks ago with Nick Gun. This is my 1st time joining photography seminar after 2 years since i bought my 1st Nikon D80. The whole morning he was talking about some theory and philosophy of the photography and not so much on the technical part.

Afternoon session was shooting with a real couple where the sifu spend about an hour to communicate with this inexperience couple in studio shooting. We spend about 2 hours for the shooting session.

The final part was the most interesting where we need to submit the best 3 photos during the afternoon shoot for sifu to comment on the photo for the sake of our own improvement.

All in all, it was a fun day for me and i hope i can have the chance to attend his class again.

DIY Passport Size Photo

Normally where do u take passport size photo when u want to renew license or passport? Photoshop? By paying expensive RM12 for 6 photos?

Let me teach u how to DIY.

Choose a nice shirt (sponsored by Rubbish Kong without his knowledge). Pink is a good choice with pick tie somemore.

Dun forget to gel ur head.

Wear the shirt and tie but no need to wear pant because passport size photo no need bottom part and i am sure that u can't wear like that to photoshop.

Serious look.

So lengzai until can die....

This is with flash. Definately cannot use.

Edit the photo using photoshop software and print it out using normal Canon printer.

My New Toy

Yeah...That's my new toy and also my 1st digital camera. The Sony DSC-T20 with 8.1 Megapixel. I bought it last month.

Still learning how to use it...

Busy

I've been busy over the week. Yeah...busy because I was watching Prison Break Season 1. hehehe...and I just finished it last night.

Tonight I'm gonna continue with Heroes Season 1.

Today is Rubbish Kong's Birthday! update

The whole Tmn U Gang went to Green Box, Jusco Cheras Selatan on Sunday night to celebrate Rubbish Kong's birthday.
I was the latest to arrive and saw this Mohawk girl leaving her baby outside her room while having fun. WTF....

I didnt sing much because the list was fully booked by Ah Pek aka Rubbish Kong Admirer. He is really annoying.

See...Ah Pek like Rubbish Kong so much. Just like a fans meeting his favourite idol. He loves Rubbish Kong's handsome face and also this is the 1st time Ah Pek heard Rubbish Kong's voice.

But then, he still try to steal Rubbish Kong's mic.

And he kena fucked by Rubbish Kong but Ah Pek still managed to steal his mic.

Rubbish Kong very unhappy and he want to revenge.

So we decided to held arm wrestling for them to see which one will win the mic.

To be continue...coz the arm wrestling video is not with me at the moment.
